Da Vinci® computer-assisted surgical system

This minimally-invasive system provides our surgeons with enhanced vision, precision, dexterity and control.

Digital positron emission tomography/computer tomography (PET/CT) system

This state-of-the-art diagnostic upgrade from earlier analog PET/CT technology cuts scan times in half and has increased sensitivity to detect smaller lesions.

Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT)

Our radiation oncologists use state-of-the-art systems to help ensure only cancerous cells are being targeted. Methodist’s IGRT systems are capable of providing a real-time comprehensive picture of a tumor during radiation treatments.

Volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT)

Using a linear accelerator with a continuously rotating cone beam, VMAT allows radiation to be delivered at any angle in all 360 degrees around the patient.

Varian Edge radiosurgery system

This system uses advanced imaging capabilities and incredible precision to deliver radiation without an incision. It provides the highest radiation dosage rate in the industry and can treat several tumors at the same time.

SPY Portable Handheld Imager (SPY-PHI)

This fluorescence imaging technology allows surgeons to assess blood flow and tissue integrity in the operating room.
